Do you ever have trouble sleeping?

Lately I've been able to take naps on the weekends but for the longest time I just wouldn't fall asleep.

Where's Rens? She's got a good joke for this.

9 hours?! Wow that would be great. I get 8 hours maybe once a year and would love to get that regularly.

It wasn't a joke.
Snerf got up too early and couldn't sleep anymore, so I was being helpful as always and said: go pray!
Always works with me. Then I fall asleep again.

i think im going to experiment with drinking less of things before bed and see if that makes a difference.

I usually get up and read some or color for a while then go back to bed
I don't sleep well at all and wake up often

I think as we get older more insomnia tends to set in. Hotrhymez get a grip on it now before it's chronic!

I don't really have insomnia unless I have too much caffeine...and that's usually something past 2PM. My husband gets up and wander the house though. He gets to nap all weekend to make up for it

Sadly lammie your wasting your time and breath trying to tell him to stop drinking energy drink or full sugar anything he just wont listen to reason about it, There's stubborn and then there's Hotrhymez he seems to think nothing will ever happen to him ... I have tried for years now telling him about it and even proved what to much sugar can do and still he doesn't try to reduce it so I told him fine stop saying how tired you are then. If your not prepared to even try and cut it down or out... He says I'm nagging so I gave up at that point....now his on his own with it.. His up's and down's.

I have trouble sleeping when I'm driving. I'd LIKE to sleep sometimes but just can't.

I have trouble staying asleep. I go to sleep initially fine.
