A bowl of white rice

You have a bowl of white rice in front of you. You can only add 2 ingredients to it, what do you add?

I learned early on that low fiber starches don't satisfy a vegan's hunger. White Rice provides some calories, but it doesn't feed the fiber munching bacteria native to vegan guts. Therefore, if I'm having it (which I do), I'm almost always adding a healthy serving of beans or vegetables, both for fiber and more nutrients.

Outside of this I usually also add onions and garlic, cooked.
