Should I take up painting as a hobby?

I've come across so many Evangelical preachers and "born again «I've found Jesus and have a relationship with Him»" people on YouTube, people who repeat the same "wait on God" and "always seek God's Will" in sermon after sermon and video after video, like broken records, that it has aggravated...

    Social networks vs. forums

Well, all social networks and (most) forums have a member blocking feature, as far as I know.

    Social networks vs. forums

Which do you enjoy more: interacting on social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr etc.) or interacting on online forums? What are the benefits and the minuses of social networks when compared to forums? Feel free to bring arguments to support your position.

Should I take up painting as a hobby?

I decided to postpone the project indefinitely due to health problems and lack of ability to discern God's Will for my life. But thanks for your pieces of advice. @Lämmchen , what's your second favorite medium after chalk pastels?

    Free SSL for CH

Maybe it's just on my end... I don't know. CH is shown with "connection not secure" in all the browsers I've tried (Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Opera, Whale Browser etc.). *shrugs*

    Free SSL for CH

Guys, just get a SSL certificate already. They're free nowadays, but you have to renew them every 90 days (renewal is also free). https://www.sslforfree.com/ https://zerossl.com/ I don't know what hosting company you use, but most companies offer free SSL with their hosting plans. You should...

Should I take up painting as a hobby?

I'm thinking about taking up oil painting as a hobby. The only things I know about it are those that I've learned from online tutorials. I've never painted since middle school, and that was with watercolors on paper. Should I do it? If yes, which art movements do you think I should study? I'm...

Is there any animal species that you've only painted once in your life? An exotic animal or something like that? If not, what animal species that you've never painted would you like to paint? A raccoon? A monkey?

Tell me about your 'born again' experiences

Tell me about your 'born again' experience. I've been watching a bunch of 'testimonial' videos on YouTube, all of them Protestants, who talk about their 'born again' experience, how they've been living sinful lives, rebellious against God, trying to find fulfillment in worldly things etc., and...

    Kanye West running for President

Shouldn't he hold a public press conference to announce it? As popular as Twitter might be, it shouldn't be a platform for making official announcements because it's a private website.

    Your favorite Sweets?

I love most sweets, although I'm not too fond of chocolate-based ones. I prefer vanilla and fruit flavors.

How do you deal with the Jesus / God The Father dichotomy?

My apology. Your questions were formulated in such a way that they seemed rhetorical to me, so that is why I didn't answer them. I thought you were trying to make a point by asking them, not waiting for actual answers. Here. I'll answer them now. Since I know so little about the inner emotions...

How do you deal with the Jesus / God The Father dichotomy?

The majority of Protestants will disagree with you. They prefer the term "wrath", which is righteous anger. Who were (are, in the case of nonbelievers) we being held captive by? Purchase us from whom or from where? And how does the blood achieve the purification of The Bride, according to you...

Understanding who Jesus was, the Creator and Lord of the Sabbath.....

"Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent." (John 17:3) "36 “Teacher, which commandment is the greatest in the Law?” 37 Jesus declared, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ 38...
