I don't find belief to be volitional and I don't understand why the majority does

My question was addressed to Messy, who implied that the Pharisees intentionally rejected Jesus as the Messiah, despite knowing that He truly was the Messiah, as opposed to Paul, who only did it out of ignorance. To me, it doesn't really make sense for the people who were expecting the Messiah...

    Is The Little Mermaid demonic?

There are people who murder and torture and commit genocide, and they don't get any demonic attacks, and someone gets all sort of suffering for watching adult videos or smoking or some other such sins. Do you understand how messed up this system seems from my perspective? Does God understand? He...

    Is The Little Mermaid demonic?

Because every single time I investigate the problem of evil in Christian theology, it leads me to the original cause, which is that God allowed it. Couple this with the fact that He refuses to give any explanation for His behavior under the pretext that "we're stupid, He's smart", and you might...

    Is The Little Mermaid demonic?

If demons didn't have access to this world, there would be no demons for the idols to attract. God is all-powerful, so He could prevent the demons from existing on Earth. He doesn't.

    Is The Little Mermaid demonic?

All this theology about demons having rights and opening doors and spiritual contracts that we are not aware of makes me think that any deity Who would allow such things to happen is absolutely terrifying. Imagine creating a world in which you throw creatures (humans) without their consent and...

    Is The Little Mermaid demonic?

She's literally a fish-human hybrid. And she uses magic to turn into a human in order to marry and have children with a human. Pretty much a Nephilim abomination thing. And to think she used to be my Disney crush when I was younger. I didn't care much about Belle and Cinderella. My favorites...

    Is The Little Mermaid demonic?

Pastor Vlad Savchuk seems to think that it is. Apparently, fairy tales in which anything supernatural that is not related to God happens are demonic. This aligns with some of the Orthodox teachings of the Church Fathers on fantasy and imagination. What are your views on the matter?

People starve to death in Kenya while fasting 'to meet Jesus'

I tried that. It didn't work. I told Jesus, "I give up, I can't do it, you take over my life from now.". Nothing improved. My propensity for sin didn't decrease. My health problems got worse.

He's right. I don't understand what happened on the cross. Why does God allow this confusion?
