    I had a lovely lunch of coleslaw, roasted chicken, avocado, white bread rolls with lovely crunchy crusts, baked potato wedges, and for sweets a nice piece of apple and strawberry pie with vanilla ice cream. So far there's been no desire for dinner - I am still amply full from lunch :lick:
