    Unbelievers VS Nonbelievers

An unbeliever is somebody who does not believe. Matthew 13:58 And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief. Matthew 17:20 And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this...

Go up, thou bald head! :D

Do you think that the story is true? Do you think that God sent the she-bears to kill the children because they called Elisha "baldi-head"?

    Loving God means ...

Some people are spoiled. You're right about that.

    It's fairly accurate, yes.

    Loving God means ...

Almost no human beings get wages in an almost fully automated retail outlet. Some human beings - the owners - make a profit.

    Theology thread.

I thought that was what the thread was about too - stating doctrine from what is clearly taught in holy scripture. Perhaps that was not the intention?

    Where does faith come from?

Since faith comes from hearing the message of Jesus Christ (the word of Christ) has the answer to the thread's question been found or do we need more?

USA Guns, gun control, and rights.

I wonder if 100% of mass shootings happen with guns and how many of the mass shooters own the guns they use?

    Loving God means ...

Does loving God mean anything about how you treat other people and how you think about the things you buy what they cost and what consequences there will be if you buy from the cheapest but almost wholly automated supplier?

Alas for the old days ...

I remember - when I was a child - the days when train stations had station masters and suburban trains had conductors and security guards as well as a train driver. Hundreds of jobs all gone now. The same was true of buses. They had a driver and a conductor. Now there is just a driver and the...

    Where does faith come from?

The passages says it is the word of Christ that is to be heard. And since faith comes from hearing it follows that ears hear the word of Christ before the person hearing believes. The person believes after hearing the word of Christ. That is why it is unwise and unbiblical to say that one is...

    Where does faith come from?

Hearing the message is part of acquiring faith in Jesus Christ. If a person has never heard how will they believe? Romans 10:5-21 Moses writes concerning the righteousness that comes from the law, that 'the person who does these things will live by them.' 6 But the righteousness that comes...

    Where does faith come from?

You think that everybody who is not yet converted to Christ is a "dead man"?

Interesting response. Maybe it is "holy laughter" and maybe it is not holy but it is laughter.

    Where does faith come from?

The holy scriptures say that faith comes from what is heard. "Romans 10:17 So faith comes from what is heard, and what is heard comes through the word of Christ."

    Theology thread.

Yes the Holy Spirit is God. You said that the Holy Spirit speaks through scripture. I asked you where the holy scriptures say that. So far you haven't posted a passage where that is taught. The passage from Hebrews doesn't read as you quoted it in any of the bibles I checked. What the passage...

    Theology thread.

You can see I hope that the Spirit is not mentioned in that passage nor is the idea of "speaking through scripture". The passages teaches that holy scripture is produced by God for the benefit of his people.
