    Would you use a leash for your child?

    The only instance where I personally believe a restraint may be necessary is for children who have Autism Spectrum Disorder, or some other disorder where their impulse control may be impaired. Other than that, it seems more a convenience for mom/dad than any measure of safety for the child.
