I see I started quite the kerfuffle. I don't deny that some may have an aspartame sensitivity, some severely so. Lamm, I'm grateful that things turned around for you when you cut it out. So... What are YOU doing? - Part 2

I ticked off a dog like that once (years ago). I was walking along at night, and he was a guard dog for a business. He came running full speed up to the fence, and was jumping and barking at me. Scared the be-jeepers out of me! So I started to snarl and bark at him, too. I've never seen a dog...

    Basmati rice

Basmati is very nice, along with Jasmine. There are some good South Asian (Indian) and Thai restaurants close-by here that use Basmati rice. very aromatic. Grocery stores close to here sell the same size bags for very cheap.

Does profession of Christian faith change personal character?

Profession of faith does little on its own, imo. The true 'compass', as you suggested, lies in the change in character over time. We can evaluate initially based on personality (how a person seems in the moment), but these initial evaluations are tenuous. Character is proved over time. For one...
