I've never tried a "Chicago Style" dog. Looks like it'd be good. Ketchup would go well with that, looks like. Do they use the 'Kosher' style Hot Dogs? Always the best!

I recall one time when I was a kid, we didn't have hot dog buns, so they were duly cut in half, quartered, and placed in between bread. That had the makings of everything...
For all the "yes" folks, what makes it a sandwich? It is in a bun, true, but not a traditional sandwich bun. Besides, isn't it more of a 'carrier' so the slop doesn't get all over you? Also, put enough condiments and toppings on the "sandwich" and the bun is essentially useless. Observe:
