    If you've got severe allergies, I wouldn't be surprised if it's connected. Sometimes my allergies will have me down for a few days if they get a strong enough foothold. About a month ago it felt like a flu bug for a couple of days, but was from severe allergies that just sort of took over.

    I have used hot water with lemon and honey. If anything sweet bothers you, just add a little bit. The honey is soothing for me when I have a bad cough.
