God is at work in your life, He will grant you your desires if you believe.

Is this a promise without conditions? No, it is not. This is for the person who is abiding in Him. God is not a lucky charm or rabbits foot

(No Debate) I did an experiment.

Yes, I believe it does mean the same thing The vision in Revelations 5 is largely symbolic. the incense represents the "prayers of God's people" which is over the course of history of the entire church.

    Hunger and thirst after ...

I think the satisfied part of this passage is not only satisfied with personal righteousness, but also with the righteousness in the world around us. That one day God is going to make the wrong right and establish righteousness and holiness as the norm. Until then we will remain unsatisfied

Blessed are you when they have slandered you.

There are various degrees of persecution and it is up to God to decide how much to reward each of us for it. He weighs things that you and I cannot see such as our motive and our hearts

(No Debate) I did an experiment.

I don't believe in praying to saints because of what it says in verses such as 1 Timothy 2:5. "For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus."

So... What are YOU doing? - Part 6

I switched to a different gym across town, so I went there for the first time this afternoon. The treadmills seem newer and bigger and the machines are a little different, so seems like it is going to be a good change. After that I came home and had my quiet time. Church was good this morning...

    Romans 11:6

I think if we understood how utterly depraved the human heart is we would realize that our situation is completely hopeless without the grace of God. Not only is it impossible to save yourself, but nothing you do adds value to your salvation. It is completely impossible for a dead person to...

    Demons in church?

Yes. Why would you think they couldn't come inside a church building?

    Is it impeachment time yet?

I don't like the guy, but impeaching is a serious thing and there needs to be solid proof of wrongdoing and not just not liking the guy. If he did something like treason then yes they should impeach, but cheating on your wife is not impeaching worthy

Why don't you door knock evangelise?

Like Psalms 91 says it isn't an effective way to do evangelism and just makes people mad

    Is it impeachment time yet?

what high crimes and misdemeanors are you impeaching him for? Being a jerk isn't a high crime that impeachment calls for. If it was most of congress wouldn't be there I'm not a big fan of Trump, but the country knew what it was getting when they voted.

Isn't there something in the Bible about putting God to the test?

    Alcohol Laws in your State

I don't drink alcohol so it doesn't matter what the law is.

    GOING THROUGH THE TEST!

That is consistent with what it says in James 1:2-4 also among many other verses. But, God does not need to test us to see how we would respond. It is not as though God needs to learn something. God already knows how we would respond in all circumstances.

So... What are YOU doing? - Part 6

I took a nap a little while ago and woke up throwing up for some reason. I feel okay now though because there is nothing left on my stomach.

Blessed are those who seek Him Psalm 119:1-2

How blessed are those whose way is blameless, Who walk in the law of the Lord. 2 How blessed are those who observe His testimonies, Who seek Him with all their heart. Psalm 119:1-2 This was my quiet time verses today. I did a little digging to look at the meaning of some of these words...
