    No, I don't think he should step down. Most of these things happened before he took office and once he got in he probably thought that those lower than him had already handled the matters sufficiently. Why is it up to him to handle things that should have been done within the diocese?

    I think if I ever needed one that I'd spend the extra money for this. When I was in the hospital they had to check my glucose levels and it was awful for the week I was in there. I can't imagine that being a daily routine of pricking fingers every few hours.

    My daughter is making a homemade carrot cake for dessert tonight!! She used some carrots from our garden too. I can't wait. I love carrot cake but only have it maybe once every few years.

    I had my scope (as part of my regular follow ups) today. Everything looks good. The nurse laughed because whenever they ask how I'm doing I tell them I'm fine and doing great. She said they could cut off my head and I'd still be doing fine and great. She meant that in a good way :)

    I think we might be thinking of 2 different parks? This one is a huge sculpture park in Shafer, MN. http://www.franconia.org/ I really like St. Paul and the architecture there. I've been there a couple times and prefer it over Minneapolis.

    If you have water with your meal, only drink it at the beginning and then the very end. What happens when you drink water during your meal is that it pushes down the food in your gut and makes room for more! Yikes. My daughter's nutritionist told us about this. Sometimes it's hard to not want...

    I hate crowds...I try to go there early in the morning and there aren't many people there so that part is nice. I hate dealing with the stockers in the aisles. They're nice...but they're in my way. That's why I try to go on Wednesdays when they aren't there. No idea why but I just noticed that...
