    If you want to continue to keep watching these kids, maybe incorporate a fee for snacks that you provide to give her the hint that she needs to contribute something to you? Or let her know you're only available for an hour instead of 4 (or however long she uses you).

    @ValleyGal If a mother were to say she was thinking of killing her 1 day old baby, would you say it's her choice to be able to do so?
