    Water. When I worked in Chicago in the 90s, I'd ask for water whenever I went out to eat with people I worked with, and I always got charged a dollar or two. What nonsense.

    I've read it through multiple times. One time I read it through (every waking moment) and it took less than 6 weeks to complete. I say 6 weeks because I can't remember right now how long it was, but I remember it was weeks and it's possible it took 2 or 3 weeks.
