Wholemeal toast
Stay away from bread? We used to have a bread diet in the 80s. One day eat normal, next day bread. It's the main thing I eat next to cheese of course. I get hungry from these threads. Hadn't had anything today yet.- Rens

What does one need to do to become a Christian?
Salvation the goal? Hm of everything yes, becoming like Him is the goal. It's like: I died with Christ, I don't live anymore and then: not that I have achieved it yet. By grace you were saved. Work out your salvation with trembling. Funny how everything seems to contradict each other.- Rens

Living with PTSD
Oh that's terrible. Luckily I don't have it. Only when my crush touched my throat for a moment I thought he was gonna kill me and was a mass murderer after all, just because one weird ex tried to choke me, but that's just one silly thing I can laugh of afterwards. That must be really hard...- Rens
