    Do the Democrats realize that when taken to the Senate that it will be a true trial and most of those witnesses don't have evidence that is needed to stand up in a court? Hearsay and feelings don't count as evidence. Evidence is needed to convict someone.

    If he is in despair over his sin then someone should tell him the Gospel, right? If he is clinging to his sin and denies it's sin then someone should tell him the Law, right? That is your answer. You need to properly distinguish between when Gospel and Law are to be preached.
