    I disagree with that. Lutherans have what is called The Divine Service and it means that God is serving us with His Word and Sacrament. He feeds us in the service so that's definitely for members!

    I live in the country so driving anywhere takes almost a half hour! We do have some things in town that are about 15 minutes away though. My church is about 45 minutes away (30min to 50min) on average and it's been nice not having to drive there because of covid and I get to watch the videos...

    Our obedience is not the condition that could be satisfied which is why it's Christ's obedience that we trust in. Only HE could be perfectly obedient. That's why only HE could die on the cross for the forgiveness of our sins. Our righteousness comes from Him, not from within us.
