    I wouldn't go as far as saying no such shows exist but from my experience the more things present themselves as "Christian" in mainstream media the less likely they are actually be useful. Maybe I've become cynical after seeing so much garbage pumped out under names like "GOD TV".

    I haven't been hiking in a while, it's too hot. Walking and running, when the weather isn't hideous, are my go-to things until it cools down a bit. The last couple of days were OK for running although the heat was a bit intense. Today will probably be a walk.
