    Music for sure. If I'm 'down' it's typically a sign that I'm in need of sunlight or fresh air. Typically it helps bring me around for the moment. There are some things I'll be doing soon for deeper self care that should help as well. I enjoy the challenge of computer solitaire games, too

But as to the thread, I'm not a demonizer of either Putin or the Russian Orthodox church, however the Church/state link is hard to ignore, and one wonders how those things are inter-related with...
