    If you do your own laundry

    No. I fill my detergent compartment with the detergent. Then, according to the settings I use, the washer dispenses the right amount. I have only used those gel packs when staying long term in a hotel because I did not want the hassle of a jug of the liquid I use.

    I started having depression when I worked night shift. In the wintertime, it would be dark most of the time I was up. I don't like dayshift either, too many people around. I actually prefer working evenings.

    Have you had your tonsils removed?

    I was 5 and that was so long ago I don't remember much. My daughter had hers removed and they were removed due to chronic sore throats and ear infection. She was overnight in the hospital and then it took several days to heal. She really enjoyed having popsicles.
