One. My daughter-in-law made me a small blanket which I fold up and stick inside a pillowcase. I have an upper back injury and have trouble finding a pillow of the right thickness, but the folded blanket is perfect. I can also adjust the thickness one blanket layer at a time when needed.

Me, too.
I find it amazing how at hotels, they give you like 80 pillows. WHAT? And then you gotta find someplace hopefully clean to store all but 2 cuz you know housekeeping isn't going to change those pillow cases....
