    A chopped onion, chopped clove of garlic, cover the butt with Tony Cacherie's seasoning, and cook on low for 6 hours or thereabouts. Then shred the meat with forks and put barbecue sauce to taste on it.

    What kind of Workout do you do?

    Walk, push ups, sit ups, and weight lifting. Not much cardio specifically, but the walk is uphill, so it gets the heart beating good.

    Politics in your family?

    Nope! Although my high school algebra teacher is now a state representative. He would help us figure out the answers even during the tests and would preach about Jesus during class. That was about 10 years ago.

    Can the Roman Catholic forum be renamed to the "Catholic Forum"? I ask because we have Eastern Catholics who are not "Roman Catholics" but still under the authority of the Pope. I might be able to get a few to come over here, but they would not like to be under the umbrella of "Roman Catholicism".
