    That is what I am saying; even if they did in cases where BOTH parties can legally consent proving that there was intercourse ( whether or not that is contested is NOT enough for a conviction.

    Most states are 16. As for no way to know you are VERY right which is why rape is SOOOO hard to prove because DNA is NOT enough; since it ONLY proves intercourse.

    If you asks me, there should be Romeo and Juliet laws EVERYWHERE, and we should not make cases near as big a deal if the ONLY reason it is rape is because of the age of the "victim". Now, by all means, if it was NOT consentual he should be punished to the fullest extent of the law.

    Yeah, my uncle does not like driving at night and he goes to work I think it is like 4:30 or 5 in the morning and usually works between 8 and 12 hours so his wife takes him and picks him up. He has eye issues, so one day before retirement age he will probably have to step down from the saw...

    It is going. Got up late this morning about 9:30. It is just after 11AM, here. I NEVER know how the days are going to go some days I feel like blank and turn to anti-anxity medication (better than the bottle) and some days I feel decent. So far today has been the latter. How are you?
