    The thing is though if I want to hurt or kill someone badly enough I could use just about ANYTHING. This means that really the people who have guns and do not plan to use them for harm are not the ones you have to worry about.

    Do we really want that though to turn schools and everywhere else into prisons of sorts. Plus, as relates to searching people that would be a bit on the time consuming side. Unless they plan on students arriving and therefore leaving at different times.

    Although, I looked PA up on the internet and it DOES seem to be a decent place to be incarcerated if you must be as from my understanding pretty much every inmate gets store ( assuming of course he or she has money on his or her books.

    The flip side of that is that kids could learn how to use alcohol in such a way that it would be LESS likely to become a problem; whether than keeping it from them for years and then they turn 21 and get COMPLETELY wasted.

    Here in Georgia and most other states it is 16 some have 17. There is only like five or six states ( I think) where it is 18 and many places have Romeo and Juliet laws ( should be a requirement (particularly if you are going to have it at 18.)

    Yes, but that takes a LOT of water. Since there is the same amount of alcohol in a 12oz can of beer as there is in an average shot of liquor ( since it depends on the proof of the liquor). It would therefore stand to reason that one can drink more UNITS of beer than liquor to get the same effect.
