    Well, that may be the case, but since you cannot force people to foster and kids go in the foster system for all kinds of reasons; then there still are too many children for the amount of people willing to foster to handle.

    True to a point. The fact is that children are not as mentally developed as adults and so should not be treated the same. Matter of a fact, the brain does not FULLY mature until about 25.

    One not all taking of a life is murder under the law. ( even the Bible had safe places people could go if they were falsely accused or the killing was not on purpose. Two the fact is that they are children and are not as developed mentally as adults whether they killed MY family or not does not...

    Some states ( most noticely Texas) if someone is under 18 at the time of a crime life without parole is NOT an option. It is also illegal per a 2005 supreme court ruling to sentence ANYONE under 18 to death. I do not care if they murdered tn people in cold blood when they were 17 years 11...

    no, I do however know of a sex offender that he knows he did nothing wrong his family knows that, yet because he chose not to get a lawyer because he well knew that he ended up doing 1.5 decades on probation.

    What happens if the child is REALLY young say under ten OR if they kill someone that does NOT amount to murder? Remember there are like four or five crimes ( at least) in most states that involve the taking of a life.

    no, not always. There have been cases of people released from death row after YEARS, Right now it has been determined by the high courts that rape of adults just plain rape if they are not killed does not warrent the death penalty. Which rape is hard to prove anyway.

    The fact is it is ILLEGAL to refuse to serve someone based on their religion. If I caught you doing that or found out you did I may or may not rat on you, but you can bet you would lose my business and would not get another red cent out of me.
