    Post from my ex

No Bible study is great. Yes if I pray and study the Bible online, that's good, but I waste so much time online. I used to never even use a computer or phone except at the office.

    Post from my ex

I read Facebook, there was a discussion going on between christians. Ex posts: if you spend more time debating on Facebook or other christian fora reading all comments, commenting, having a great time together, than you spend on reaching the people you know for the Lord, you should ask Him if He...

Discussion of a Foundational "Evangelical" Teaching

His sisters invited Jesus lol. In the other cases they asked Him or laid on matrasses on the street for Him to pass by or Bartimeus calling Him. Where did someone get saved without responding or asking? Acts 2 And it shall come to pass That whoever calls on the name of the Lord Shall be...

Discussion of a Foundational "Evangelical" Teaching

Jesus is the Saviour. You don't have to do anything, you don't have to repent, follow Him, ask Him to forgive your sins. Don't do that. It's forbidden. I hope you don't say that. It's only about when is someone saved. When they get the gift of faith or when they use it and talk. The man at...

It is not a passionate rejection of Jesus as the full Savior. It's a passionate rejection of that that gets implied.

and thus saved yourself, what nonsense is that? Just as annoying as telling someone they're not saved because they have to say the sinner's prayer and the perfect version, don't leave a word out. I stop discussing this too. Tried to explain but it's no use. So be it. God bless.

Are you saved? And if so, by whom and/or by what?

He didn't call religious types that. Who isn't religious in some way or another? I've always heard evangelicals talk about reformed that they're pharisees blabla. Rodney Howard Browne once came to Holland. People got mad and left. He said: great! the pharisees have left, now there's an extra...

It's time to replace theological bombast with unity in the Spirit

Yes he does, but he's really smart. He can debate anyone and stay respectful, he debated a lot of rabbi's too and one guy who's waaaay off, a full preterist, he stays friendly and preaches the truth.

Five Reasons Why Babies Should be Baptized...

I like how they had kids services for everyone on sunday in Toronto. Bring the adults to another room if they don't like it. Churches are always primarily focused on adults. Once said to my ex when all the parents were too lazy to teach the kids: keep a kids sermon. Let the grown ups go play...

Five Reasons Why Babies Should be Baptized...

Mine did. Ate crackers and drank juice, but no baptize, noooo he has to wait 12 years. Lol it all don't make much sense to me those rules churches make. In a reformed church they can get baptized but not take the supper. Whatever. In one evangelical church my kids wanted communion they even had...

Discussion of a Foundational "Evangelical" Teaching

Yes I agree, we're saved by grace through faith just like the Bible says, nothing from ourselves and that happened when I heard I had to pray the sinner's prayer and did it. Afterwards I felt an immediate change.
