Baptism in Jesus’ name, Trinitarian style.

God gives all believers the gift of the Holy Spirit. But the baptism of the Spirit ended with the Apostles who distributed the gift.

Jesus died for the sins of the world

What if "sins of the world" harmonizes with His limited atonement? He would not contradict himself. You need to see the "world" as the Jews did. Not every person, but Jews and gentiles alike. Luther even explains this in my previous post.

    Baptism in the holy ghost

You need to prove your experience from scripture to validate it.

    Baptism in the holy ghost

Scripture does not support your claim. We need to fit with scripture. Not make scripture fit us.

    Baptism in the holy ghost

A careful reading of Acts will show that only the Apostles had the Baptism of the Holy Spirit along with those they laid their hands on. The exception was the gentile outpouring 7 years after Pentecost at Cornelius' house. All believers have the gift of the Holy Spirit but the baptism ceased...

Horror of Horrors! You may already be chipped!

My wife and I do not trust the present top medical establishment so we are sheltering in place rather than vaxxing. But the Mark of the beast is not a chip, it's a mindset many already have and have had since the first century.

    The Two Revelation Beasts

Victorinus of Pettau (c. 300 CE), the oldest commentary on Revelation teaches the Recapitulation view of Revelation 1. The Recapitulation Theory. The theory that the book of Revelation describes the same events several times from different points of view is an old and venerable interpretive...

Horror of Horrors! You may already be chipped!

Do you think this is the Mark of the Beast? The Mark has been recognizable since the 10th century when Catholics first realized the Papacy was the Antichrist.

    Trouble on the Temple Mount

Did you know the Temple measurements are incomplete? So only God can build it unless you add to his word. Besides. it is an unforgivable sin for anyone who returns to Temple sacrifices according to Hebrews 6. I think that even those who plan to return to Temple sacrifices are already condemned...

Jesus died for the sins of the world

Did you know Luther taught Limited Atonement? It is so. Regarding Romans 9:20-21, Luther wrote: As Universalists (Pelagians say) “God will have all men to be saved” (1 Timothy 2:4), and he gave his Son for us men, and he created man for the sake of eternal life. And likewise: Everything...

Jesus died for the sins of the world

In the end, the universal atonement adherents become enslaved to performing what they feel are good works for life to pay their way to heaven. Where the limited atonement adherents rely solely on Christ to save them, performing good works from out of a new heart, motivated by the love of God for...

Jesus died for the sins of the world

Simply said, you are cherry-picking scripture at the expense of all the limited atonement passages. Universal Atonement depends on Free Will, already refuted by above by Luther. It ends up being Pelagianism, a heresy condemned by the church at Ephesus in 431.

Jesus died for the sins of the world

Universal Atonement robs God of his glory. They see themselves as good enough to save themselves. This is salvation by self-righteousness. Limited atonement on the other hand gives God full glory in salvation, the subjects being unable to do nothing but sin in all they do unless he saves them.
