Sorry the physio is not helping and it's worse now. Have you tried compression sleeve on the knee? I bought one and it helped when my knee was acting up awhile back. I got the wrong size though. Make sure to get the right size. :) I hope you don't need surgery but sometimes it helps people...

That's really good. I know they have very much improved hip surgery now a days. My grandmother had hip surgery in the 70s and it was horrible for her before and after. My manager had 2 hip surgeries and is also doing much better now.
