Hi guys. I'm having an okay morning. How is yours?

My chrome browser will hardly work and I was using it because I have gmail. I can use another browser with gmail, too, I have found and yes, Microsoft Edge is working okay so far. I have Firefox on standby in case of any more browser trouble.

I believe fasting can be for varying amounts of time. Breakfast means to break the fast so we fast, usually, for a period of time every day. I am diabetic and still fast some. It hasn't effected my diabetes but then mine is not out of control at this time.
