My church, Lutheran LCMS Is doing it. And when I was a teen and wanted to go I was Catholic but don’t remember what denomination hosted it. One of my friends who was also Catholic at the time went though.

I wanted to go to a TEC retreat when I was in high school but for some reason my dad said “no”.

Yes. Parents are the parents. Not the school. I guess that may not be a good enough reason for some posters here but IMO, the school has no right to go behind the parents back and encourage this young child into “transitioning”.

I always thought of “sects“ equal to or close to “cults“. I’ve never heard anyone from my church use either word.

I‘m against it. I used to smoke pot but didn’t much like the feel of being high. And in my case it brought on anxiety attacks sometimes. It impaired me more than alcohol.

I’ve been using a Christian planner and a Christian journal. It has spaces for prayer, to do lists, health etc.

I voted for him, but no, I think he shouldn’t. However, if he does, and if he runs against Trump I’ll either vote for Biden or a lesser candidate. But I wont vote for Trump.
