I wanted to go to a TEC retreat when I was in high school but for some reason my dad said “no”.

My church, Lutheran LCMS Is doing it. And when I was a teen and wanted to go I was Catholic but don’t remember what denomination hosted it. One of my friends who was also Catholic at the time went though.
