When is the last time you grocery shopped in crowded America where rude people leave their cart in the middle of the aisle and then stand there talking on their cell phone loudly and won't move out of your way? Or the stockers all decide to work in one aisle with their stacked carts all throughout the aisle so you have to leave your cart at the end, walk down and gather as many things as you need in your hands and carry it all back. Just because they won't move their things either. Or there are advertised sale prices but you're too busy bagging your items to keep track and don't notice until you get home that you didn't get the sale price :(

OH and then there was the time that someone else bagged for me but didn't put something in the bag and so I didn't get it. I have tons of complaints about grocery stores! Many more ;)

If people park a cart across the aisle I just push it out of the way. In years gone by it wasn't unheard of for me to not even slow down and shove it with my cart.

LOL But I'm not sure a short lady like me could get away with that until I'm well into my 80s and my head is full of grey hair!

I will usually say loudly enough to be heard about rude or ignorant people

There are advantages to being bigger than most people.

Just got my porch all cleaned up and housework done. Just floors left to wash and start some supper. The wind last night really made a mess so it was perfect timing for an overhaul on the deck. Someone had given me some pottery so all that went out there too.

Sadly trying to fit into an economy class seat isn't one of them.

Arranged to borrow a friend's truck to haul all my rubble to the landfill. I'm expecting it to weigh in at nearly half a ton.

I'll admit it's been a while. I've forgotten how rough it is though! :xD: Here in Australia peeps aren't so rude, generally speaking - and speaking of speaking - they don't talk loud like many Americans. In fact, it's one way to differentiate between Canadian and US, since they often have the same accent - the USA peeps are just usually - louder. And, I'm not kidding - a tad more arrogant. Any Aussie who was rude enough to block an entire aisle while letting everyone know how important they think they are by gabbing loudly on the phone is gonna be told off without shame. Tall poppies get snipped here - we don't put up with it.

As for a massive cart that can't navigate an aisle full of secretly mischievous but innocent faced grocery stockers - well - I very rarely ever have so many groceries to buy nowadays - not with making nearly all my own food and sauces from dry materials that keep for yonks, regrowing plants and not depending on my fridge. So it's a usually a small basket or bag. No opportunity to ruin my shopping experience, heh. It must drive them insane!!! :xD:

Pretty large difference between the powdered garlic and powdered onion I've bought at the grocer or at the wholesale place to what I get when I dehydrate my own. The powdered stuff has almost 0 smell. Makes me wonder how they did it, or whether it's super old or something.

Last night I pulverized several onions and spread them out on my dehydrator, and since I had a wrack left, I did the same with a few bunches of garlic.

I knew what to expect but forgot how strong the smell was - and now it's everywhere. Next time the dehydrator is going next to a window with a small fan blowing. My eyes are constantly on the verge of watering, lol.

Heading out for the morning. Allergies are bad though so I need to double dose meds or something. At least I heard the neighbor sneezing so maybe he'll decide to cut down the 2 trees in his yard I'm allergic to!
