Unlike bunnies I like spices with my food so today's main meal was
  • basmati rice
  • peas
  • corn
  • carrot
  • capsicum
  • coconut flesh
  • pepper
  • vegetable stock
all purpose seasoning (sprinkled on the finished dish)

It was very tasty and smelled very nice too :)

They didn't like it either. Green pepper they get a lot and salad and cucumber, carrots, tomatoes they really like oh and banana, the bunnies also love that.

I can't remember if the guinea pigs liked the small tomatoes we had during the summer. They're so picky!

We still have them. In the summer I pluck stuff for them, like clover, but now that's all gone.

I assembled my remote control fan this morning. Took about 15 minutes. It works. It seems a little flimsy, but it was cheap :)

Well you don't have kids who ruin it, so it could work.
I only have half broken off cheap fans.

I'm afraid to offer them some things since I read online that one site says it's dangerous for them and another site says it's fine!

Ceiling fan?

A pedestal fan. A ceiling fan would take more than 15 minutes to assemble and install. I am not an electrician and one needs an electrician to install a fan of that kind. :)

Yes weird, when I was young I always plucked stuff they then said was good but now some say it isn't, but white clover and dandelion was always good. If they put it in hay I guess it's good. In the shop the woman said I should get the guinea pig leek, lots of leek. Then I read somewhere that leek was bad for them. Can't they just make up their mind? Unhandy.

I had that too. I can still use it if I keep it in my hand the whole time lol.

Sitting in the waiting room at the car dealership. Routine service, but also needed a little extra work.

So all this talk of flat earth...and then on a dedicated page, I discovered this (actually just the pic with the guy and glass jar/plant - then I found this pic later):

Guess what Strav did today?

Started my own small terrarium for some broccoli sprouts! I used a pretty large jar with a rubber seal on the lid. Once it starts going, I'll let it dry just a little then add nutrient water to the soil.

I'm drinking copious amounts of "high octane" rum...but maintaining my footing in standard/logical science as I will until my brain is no longer functioning. While I might be grinning stupidly with a ciggy butt hanging from my mouth, I still have not lost my sense of knowledge. What...what? :eyecrazy:

I am wondering if explaining that scientific experiments are an exercise in repeated observation of what happens in a system after repeated performance of a procedure (or procedures) designed to test what is predicted to happen by a model (equation or set of equations) against what does happen in the experiments.

Have a good time Mark :)
