I used to not eat breakfast for many years when my daughter was younger. I thought I was saving calories in order to lose weight. But then once I started working again I had to eat something before leaving the house and it's been routine ever since. Well, now I know longer work and some mornings I find that I'm just not hungry. Should I force myself to eat something because it's good for my body or wait it out? Or maybe start drinking those nutrition drinks?

No meal is the most important meal of the day. Eat when you feel hungry.

I suspect that weight gain & loss a matter of arithmetic calories in and calories used. If calories in is greater that calories used then you gain weight. If calories in is less than calories used then you lose weight.

Not always, my mom gained weight because she ate almost nothing. She went to a dietist because she was so puffy. Water and her metabolism was too slow. She ate like 2 crackers and soup and salad a day. Now she eats pies and she's normal again.
Pie is the best for breakfast.
Btw I also only eat when I'm hungry and it gets too bad or whenever there's pie, candy or good food around.

I've heard this. The body gets so hungry that a person overeats later. But the metabolism will slow down (as Rens posted) if the body isn't consuming calories consistently.

Eating disorders wreak havoc on the body and I know that when I had mine as a teen I had a horrible metabolism for decades! Now I work out a lot so I can eat more food :D

My former partner used to basically fast until dinner time - then gorge on pasta, fatty meat, cheese and a "diet" drink. Just before bedtime was a huge glass of chocolate milk. This was a regular routine for her - and she was overweight - not obese - but more than a little. When she changed her habits and started eating 3 times a day (healthy food, mind you), and included juiced vegetables, she lost weight.

As for nutrition drinks - why not make your own? All you need is a dehydrator and a little knowledge, and you don't have to spend unnecessary amounts of money. :)

Breakfast gives the body and cerebrum with fuel after an overnight quick - that is the place its name starts, breaking the quick! Without breakfast you are viably running on vacant, such as attempting to begin the auto with no petrol!

I'm usually up very early in the morning. This December though it's mostly been around 7AM. For me that's late!

Oatmeal this morning...

I tend to wake up around 6:00 no matter what. Don't even use an alarm, my brain's clock seems to work very well.

I'm pretty good at waking up normally without an alarm around the same time. I'm trying to train myself to sleep in more ;) LOL
