Praying for you Krissy. Have you talked to your psychiatrist? You might need a medicine adjustment or change. The med I was on quit working last year and I got to feeling like you do and then my doctor prescribed a new antidepressant and it helped a lot. Know that this is just temporary and you will feel better and there is plenty of hope. There is hope because look at me, I got better when I was in the same boat as you. I had to ask my doc for a new med. That's good you have your hubby for support. Try not to feel guilty about that, it's natural for spouses to support each other through thick and thin. There will come a time when you will be helping him, too. Depression gives us all kinds of negative thoughts and feelings. Try if you can and not take the thoughts so seriously, I know this is extremely hard but it will help you if you can do it. Like if a thought says to you "you are an apple" just say to it "oh well, what's new..." then laugh if you can. I hope I am making some sense.
