I live in pain everyday! :( Headaches, backaches, abdominal pain. I have gone to my doctors and they can't do much. That hurts me a lot. Living in pain daily is NOT an easy thing to do. A lot of days I just want to die. :( But I'm still here. Getting through it day by day. With my husband and puppy by my side. :D

God grant relief from the symptoms and may your difficulties encourage others in their faith as they see your faith shine through those difficult physical sufferings. Saint Paul suffered and counted his sufferings as "completing what is lacking in the sufferings of Christ".

For now I rejoice in my sufferings on your behalf, and I complete in my flesh the things that are lacking in the Passion of Christ, for the sake of his body, which is the Church. [Colossians 1:24]

If your doctors cannot help you, perhaps it is time to look into alternatives.

I don't know what specifically ails you or what you have or haven't been diagnosed with, but dietary changes solved quite a few things that were once regular issues with me. Including constipation, frequent headaches, and at least one major bacterial infection. I no longer suffer from any of these, and most of the change resulted from changes in dietary habits.

Just something to consider. A very wise man once said:

"Make your food your medicine and your medicine your food".

His name was Hippocrates

I used to have back ache and stomach ache a lot. Skip coffee sometimes and take it with a lot of milk and water and not too much food and absolutely not fat food. As soon as I eat too much and bad and fat the pain is horrible but otherwise no problems whatsoever.

I know I am "over weight" so that could be causing my back pain. Jordan (husband) and I have been trying to figure out what is going on with our diet and what we should change. Thank you for this. :hug2:

praying for all those who are ailing now guys. pray for me too as i suffer from hypotension and scoliosis. hypotension is brought on by abnormal drops in blood pressure..sometimes, my pressure is so low, it feels like iam dying. the levels are static meaning mine doesnt stay at normal levels..it goes up and down. as for my curvature of the spine, i still suffer from inflamed joints in my arms and lower back. i refuse to take any meds at this time. the med i used to take for back made me so sleepy, i felt like a zombie. the med only releives my problem, but doesnt work to cure it

I'm so sorry you live in so much pain. Have you tried Chiropractic Physician or Holistic Healthcare? Those are some alternative types of healthcare. Please don't give up hope as there are many alternative therapies out there and the above practitioners can point you to them. All the best to you.:empathy:

I'm sleepy all the time. Could be from my meds or could be from my depression. Not sure but if I could I would sleep ALL day. I take naps all day. I am up for a few hours and then I'm ready for a nap. :banghead:

I have an appointment with my doctor Oct. 11. I will be asking her about this. I'm going to also ask her about the pain clinic. I was suppose to get a call from them and I still haven't. :dunno:

I hope it will work out well for you and that they will find you some good relief. Must be awful to have pain all the time. I did at one point in my life and I went to an anethesiologist who gave me nerve blocks for my neck pain.

I believe that much wisdom has been offered with respect to investigating alternative solutions and remedies.

It may be worth an exploratory visit to a chiropractor and a holistic practitioner. (if not already visited.) At least that should help identify potential sources of each problem, or indicate a need to investigate further (widen the net).

Diet investigations can also be helpful. The internet is an invaluable tool these days.

I would suggest that natural remedies that have proven effective over hundreds, if not thousands, of years in traditional cultures, be included in your search.

I refer specifically to Chinese and Aryuvedic (Indian) sources, but there are others including AmerIndian (however I should be expressing it).

===============================================================================

But if your doctor is a “normal” one, expect nothing but discouragement if you try to discuss these matters with him/her.

Doctors are trained (unofficially of course) to fear beneficial, natural problem alleviation. (It is seen as an industry-wide threat to income levels.)

Be brave, and trust in your own investigations.

I hope you find the solutions you seek.
