In the period of Ottoman Empire control there was peace in the holy land until the Crusades and then peace again after the Crusades were finished.

So you think the Ottoman Empire was peaceful?

Are you about to conflate issues? In the holy land there was peace for a long time under the Ottoman Empire.

Now you are conflating issues. Family disputes and tribal disputes ought not to be considered ending the peace of a realm. If such were so then no land at no time has had peace.

None of the examples in the link are just family disputes or tribal disputes. Syria's war is full of tribal disputes, nations' interference.

Syria is not the holy land.

No, the 1948 decision does not fit God's plan for Christianity but it does fit into God's secret purposes. The faithful ought not call wicked things good. Dispossessing the native inhabitants of the land in 1948 was a wicked act.
So you agree that dispossessing Israel was wicked and wrong? You should

I already have. My posts define what I have to say on the subject.

I guess I will be clearer. Were you saying that Israel should not have been given their ancestral biblical God given Homeland?

No.

I am saying that the land is not the ancestral land of modern day Israel because modern day Israel is not God's holy nation of old. Modern day Israel is a nation with laws that oppose Christ.

So you are of the Palestinian camp....

I believe 1948 is pivotal. RCC can not claim to be the New Israel while Israel exists in its homeland anymore. That is why you are siding with Palestinian. The Pope gains the Temple grounds and you would be declaring Israel should exist.

Today it speaks out of both sides of its mouth regarding Israel and its land issues. Patting Jews on the back while demanding chunks of this and that, like gaining the upper room deal. Backing Palestinians because of the Temple mount. Negotiating both sides for its own personal end game plan achievement of moving the Vatican to Jerusalem temple mount.
