You do not believe is restoration? When you fall it is our duty to help a brother back up and lead him into sincere repentance and then restore that brother.

Restoration to the ministry after such a public scandal? Consider the counsel of saint Paul:
1 Timothy 3:1-7 This is a true saying: If a man is eager to be a church leader, he desires an excellent work. 2 A church leader must be without fault; he must have only one wife, be sober, self-controlled, and orderly; he must welcome strangers in his home; he must be able to teach; 3 he must not be a drunkard or a violent man, but gentle and peaceful; he must not love money; 4 he must be able to manage his own family well and make his children obey him with all respect. 5 For if a man does not know how to manage his own family, how can he take care of the church of God? 6 He must be mature in the faith, so that he will not swell up with pride and be condemned, as the Devil was. 7 He should be a man who is respected by the people outside the church, so that he will not be disgraced and fall into the Devil's trap.

Personally I think many in the church can never forgive or gorget thus making it migh impossible to restore one/

It does appear that some choose not to forgive and forget, but at the same time to accept someone into a hugely public ministry after a hugely public failing would require a hugely public repentance and restoration. If people believe, rightly or wrongly, that the ministry was public, the failing was public, the disgrace was public, the repentance was very private (if it happened at all), the public face of the repentance looks little more than "I'm sorry I was caught out" and then the offending individual is suddenly catapulted back into a high profile public ministry again, it's hardly surprising they ask questions that might appear to represent a refusal to forgive and move on.

It's just another reason to prefer low-profile ministries (or at least lower profile ministries), where people minister to those around them, everyone can see the fruits of the people who are leading them, and people can see that things aren't stage-managed. When I help on the sound desk at my church people can see me, they know I live locally, they are quite likely to bump into me at the local grocery store or see me about town, they can see how I treat the slow cashier, they can see how I interact with my wife and how I treat her, they can form an opinion of whether I actually have a relationship with God or just have a theoretical knowledge of Scripture, and so on. Compare and contrast Superpastor Joe Blow who rolls into town amidst much fanfare, appears on stage for three hours a night for two nights, watches thousands come forward at the final altar call each night, then rolls out of town again. Nobody knows how he treats his family, nobody knows how he treats the slow cashier (or even if he deigns to do his own grocery shopping), nobody knows how he lives his life, and the chances are he doesn't even get any feedback as to how many of the thousands who went forward are doing in their newfound Christian walk. Nobody even knows whether he cares about their new walk, or if he just cares about the headcount so he can claim another 5,000 conversions even if 4,999 of them woke up the following morning and changed their minds about the whole thing.

Referencing that back to the original topic, if I speak something in my church that I believe is from God, the congregation can not only test what I have to say but also test my fruits. If I'm the guy that's always speaking out a "Thus saith the Lord" word and it never comes to pass, the minister can take me to one side and tell me to button it. If I'm the guy that occasionally speaks out and everybody knows that when I do speak out the things I describe come to pass, or that I speak with an insight that no man could expect to have, they'll figure that it's probably worth listening to me. They should still test, but at least they can see a track record. If it's just some guy on a stage and all I know about him is what his stage-managed presence looks like, with a few testimonies from unnamed people in unknown locations providing unverified reports of medical miracles I've got no way of knowing whether the reports are true, embellished or fabricated. On the other hand if I can see old Mrs Jones at my church struggling in her wheelchair for years after an accident, then see her healed so she doesn't need her wheelchair any more, I can see for myself that a miracle has occurred and don't need to rely on unconfirmed reports about unknown people in remote lands.

One restores the repentant sinner to fellowship in the Church but restoration does not mean elevation to high office. After a public scandal the teaching of the holy scriptures is that restoration would not involve high office of any kind.

Don't know. There are no examples of it. Good testimony to the outsiders, they can have that. If some christians complain that's their problem.

Even if I believe this then what about those in the church that refuse to let someones past go? Seems to me that this is a real problem
