oh... well... you just missed out on meeting God.

Do you think so? I met him some time ago, albeit the meeting was in grace through faith and I await the final consummation when the Lord will return to judge the living and the dead at the last day.

You will be shocked.

Everything does centre on Christ and his body which is the Church.

Christ yes, church depends on the definition. If you mean those who are true believers and not a denomination then yes, if you mean a denomination then no it does not center around that or any one man

I mean the Church of the living God which is the pillar and support of truth.

The Catholic Church most assuredly is the body of Christ. What others may be or claim to be is for them to say. Their claims can be tested to see if they are true.

It is true and it is often said because it is true but those who prefer opinions to facts will invent "facts" to suit their opinions and thus create a religion that cannot possibly please God or anybody else but the self deceived.

To worship God in truth is to worship him without guile without lies without rules invented by people who want nothing more than to have a hand in the sacred like the sons of Aaron did when they reasoned that any fire they chose would serve as well as the fire that Jehovah commanded to be used - after all, they may have reasoned, fire is fire and nobody can tell the difference. Jehovah did not accept their fire. Jehovah knew the difference and rejected their offering and also rejected them consuming them with holy fire.

But before one can worship in truth one must worship in spirit. And that is a matter too subtle for the worldly to grasp.

without lies ,withut guile ..but not without Gods rules .. though certainly without mans rules amd certainly with out the lies of tradition and rebellion of added in idolatries . to worship him in truth is to walk in obedience to him and be holy .. seperated from anything of the worlds ways and ANYTHING which seeks to exaly itself above the knowledge of God ... thus it is impossible to wroship in truth if you have some one else or something else elveated in your heart .it is also impossible toworship him in truth and spiirt of you do nlt have the holy Spirit of promise
