Acts 20:6 And we sailed from Philippi with the days of unleavened bread....

The translation is okay for verse 6 but goes downhill after that. Where did you get it?

What the passage says is this: These went on and were waiting for us at Tro'as, but we sailed away from Philip'pi after the days of Unleavened Bread, and in five days we came to them at Tro'as, where we stayed for seven days. On the first day of the week, when we were gathered together to break bread, Paul talked with them, intending to depart on the morrow; and he prolonged his speech until midnight. (Acts 20:5-7)

But not the kind of Jewish we know today. Not like it at all. And it was not intended to be a Jewish document. It was intended to be for all human kind, Jews, Gentiles, pagans, men, women, slaves, freemen. All were intended to receive it and find salvation in the message it presents.
That does not mean that we are to remain nignorant and notsearch for the deeper meaning

Deeper meaning yes, invented meanings and baseless speculations no.

Deny that Greek verbs of motion used with an μετὰ mean “along with”,
Deny that five days are reckoned according to the feast,
Deny that διετρίψαμεν means “we consumed” and insist that it only means “stayed” or “abode” an extra seven days, and
Deny that the Greek plainly says “first of the Sabbaths”,
Deny that it has anything to do with counting seven Sabbaths after Passover in Lev. 23:15,
Deny that AD 57 fits, where other scholars favor it, http://www.bible-history.com/maps/maps/map_pauls_third_missionary_journey.html
Deny that the occurence of “first of the Sabbaths” only immediately after Passover has any significance.

It means after. Metaphysics is 'after-physics'. It is illustrated in this diagram. Meta usually means after.

One thing was enough. My posts get too long when I deal with every error in the posts to which I reply - if they have errors in them.

Speaking of Sunday it has been said Tradition preserves the memory of an ever-timely exhortation: Come to Church early, approach the Lord, and confess your sins, repent in prayer.... Be present at the sacred and divine liturgy, conclude its prayer and do not leave before the dismissal.... We have often said: "This day is given to you for prayer and rest. This is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it."

Sunday is tradition like many things

But unlike many traditions that the world observes Sunday observance is an apostolic tradition.

The holy scriptures are tradition too. Yet the faithful have a high regard for that tradition and similarly the faithful have a high regard for apostolic tradition because it is the Word of God spoken and actively engaged in.

And not a single apostle did Sunday observance, because they were all Jews who observed Sabbath like Yeshua did.

Saints Peter and Paul did in Antioch it seems, saint Luke and saint Paul did in Corinth. Do you miss these details when reading the holy scriptures?

Did you miss the misunderstanding ... Jews don't worship on Sunday.. If they are believers in the Holy Scriptures and Yeshua the King of the Jews, the Lord of the Sabbath... it wouldn't happen, didn't happen, and never will happen.

Christians are not Jews. What unfaithful Judaism teaches is not very relevant to the faithful of the Lord.
