Yes you do. You teach that infants are to be forbidden baptism and that is never said in the holy scriptures. Never, not once, not ever.

1 Peter 3:21 says that baptism saves us. You say that's not in the bible. I say you haven't looked.
You misunderstand scripture about baptism, so you are wrong on 2 counts.

So...do you folks believe a mentally challenged or brain damaged person whose prognosis is to remain in an infantile if not vegetative state is going to be condemned by God should he die because he could never come to understand sin or salvation?
Nope. We do not believe that. We'd baptise such a person (if asked by family) and wash away his/her sins and unite him/her to Christ and he/she would be saved.

False. No one receives salvation by water. Water cannot cleanse sin.

You think I am wrong but 1 Peter 3:21 still says "baptism saves you". I think you like your doctrine more than you like what the bible says.

False. No one receives salvation by water.
That's right but everybody receives it (under normal circumstances) by the washing of regeneration and renewal in the Holy Spirit (Titus 3:5), and that washing of regeneration is baptism.

More study for you.
I see that you are replying to lots of posts quite quickly so I understand why your replies are so brief and do not respond to what is said to you very fully nor do you include any significant scriptural evidence for your brief replies and that is no doubt because you are replying so rapidly. Nevertheless 1 Peter 3:21 still says "baptism saves you", Titus 3:5 still says that we are saved by the washing of regeneration and renewal in the Holy Spirit. And the Lord Jesus Christ still says Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. So I'll stick with the holy scriptures and believe that baptism saves and that everybody called to the Lord ought to be baptised. I'll skip your man made tradition about forbidding baptism to infants and mentally incapable persons because it is not biblical and it is rather wicked.

God's Word cannot save you? Is that what you say???
How are we saved? What does the word tell us about that?

We are saved by grace through faith and faith comes from God's Word.

You deny this from your previous posts. You deny that babies need to be saved by grace through faith. So you deny the Gospel message.

Too many people have "washing" on the brain. Water cannot wash away sin...nor does it save us.

What's wicked is this poor doctrine of salvation by one's works...even to being baptized in water.

You say that baptism does not save but the holy scriptures say that baptism saves us. I am not going to follow your doctrine. It's just opinion. Ill considered and ill informed opinion. I'll stick with what the holy scriptures say about baptism.

Infants do no work in baptism. Do you think that your own baptism was a good work?

Baptism for salvation IS A WORK...and is a false belief of far too many. Mostly it is due to false denominational teaching.

My baptism in water was an act of obedience because I became a believer. Only believers are required to be baptized. Babies are not invited because they are not believers yet.
