My opinion is, that usually blaming God comes during a tremendous hurt of pain and loss. Why didn't You do this? Or why did You do this? Or, why did You do nothing?
We blame God because Satan is not in control. God is.
The truth, I believe, is that we blame God because He is to blame. But, the truth is also, that He shoulders the blame. And, all that He has done and is doing, is for the believers good.
If the God/Man, Jesus Christ, Who was made to feel as man feels with a human nature and body, cries out, "My God, My God, why hast thou forsaken Me?", (Matt. 27:46), should we not be surprised that fallen and redeemed mankind does the same.
It's sort of like 'cussing'. No one cusses using the name of Satan. They use the name of God or Christ. Why...because though they don't admit it, they give credence that there is God and He is in control, and is thus to blame.
