A flareup of my chronic gallbladder pain. The day before I got a flareup of my intercostal neuralgia. You know, the things I've been begging the omnibenevolent God to heal me of for the past years.

Thanks. Do you have health problems too?

Most of my health issues cleared up with changes in diet I made many years ago, then after going vegan. At present the only things I suffer from is a painful corn on one of my feet and smoker's cough. Some muscle pain that is due to lack of sufficient exercise.

Sorry to hear about your issues. Have you seen any doctors lately?

Mine didn't. As a matter of fact, going vegetarian for a while seems to have actually triggered my gallbladder problems.

So what book did you buy for yourself? 🤔

What did you get for Christmas?
A sunny day, pleasant air conditioned indoor temperatures, and tasty mashed potatoes with eggs for a light lunch.
Also some PepsiMax to drink.
And I ordered a Lenovo Duet 3 Chromebook tablet computer from Amazon. It will arrive, God willing, some time in January.

Surgery to remove the gallbladder might be helpful, check with your doctor.
I've seen numerous doctors. Most of them were against surgery because I don't have gallstones. I have biliary dyskinesia. Yes, surgery is the only option for it, but because of my other health problems, it's risky.

We're waiting for the rest of the family to come over and then we'll make a Christmas breakfast of a pancake bake in a sheet pan, bacon, sausage, coffee and Christmas cookies! My dad gives us money to shop for things we need and I'll be buying new bathroom towels and maybe a crockpot.

That's a pretty good tablet. What was your previous one?

Mine didn't. As a matter of fact, going vegetarian for a while seems to have actually triggered my gallbladder problems.

So what book did you buy for yourself? 🤔

Smoker's cough: I'm sure this can be cured by quitting smoking.
Muscle pains/stiffness: I've been incredibly lazy the last year or so and have neglected my exercise routine. I'm sure this will clear up when I get back on one.
Corns: I may see the doctor over this one, but I haven't given up trying other things first.

Gallbladder problems: If you already had issues here, going vegan is very unlikely to have triggered anything except what is known as a "healing crises" in which the body takes the opportunity to attempt to right it's issues, which can result in symptoms for a while.
What is that e-book about? Homeopathy? I'm not quite sure what to do with those substances.

I listed that pdf because it shows food sources for the cell-salts. They can be purchased online as isolates, but food is more natural and how they are designed to be consumed.

The e-book I got for myself is called: "The Chemistry of Human Life" by George W. Carey.

Not vegan. Vegetarian. And I did intermittent fasting. That's when it all started. And no, it's been going on for years. The "healing crisis" is a myth. I've listened to a lot of naturopaths talk about it. There's no such thing. It's just something they say to avoid admitting that they are clueless about why their methods don't work. Human pride. Admitting that they just don't know what's going on would be much better.
