What do you like to eat with soup?

Usually the soups I make I don't eat anything with them...just the soup is good enough! At times I might eat crackers too.

These are my preferences:

Tomato soup - grilled cheese

Split pea soup - cornbread

French onion soup - baguette

Chicken soup - saltine crackers

I used to, but after having part of my tongue removed due to cancer, my tongue is very sensitive now. I just can't handle heat or heavy spice.

Oh. I'm sorry for asking. I completely forgot about that. My mom has a geographic tongue and she can't handle spicy food either.
