Would someone please tell me what time zone this forum runs by?

OK right now my town clock is striking 8:00 p.m. My post says 7:44 p.m. but when I look at the forum it says my post was made yesterday at 11:44 p.m.

The forum time default is set as GMT, but have switched it to EST.
