Are those temperatures Celsius or Fahrenheit?
If the temperatures are in the 30s (F) I'm OK with walking as long as the winds aren't too high. At present I have cold weather clothing that can keep static cold out but nothing suitable for working up a sweat in icy cold winds. If the temperature drops much below 30 the chances are I'll walk indoors instead. It's tedious but gets some exercise and means I don't have to deal with thermal issues.
I'd really like to get some decent clothing for exercising outdoors in the cold, it's just a problem finding somewhere to buy it. I need to try things on and so many places have closed changing rooms - presumably they are afraid someone will lick the bench or something - and I'm really not interested in bringing things home to try on, only to wonder whether they'll take it back if it's the wrong size. Because, horror, I might have touched it. Never mind the fact I can go into the store and touch every single thing on the shelves.
