Omg, I'm sorry to hear that. I have on 24/7 Brahms' lullaby in the background to help me relax at night if I have insomnia or a sleep disorder. I meditate and focus on the lavender, eucalyptus, rosemary and spearmint aromas all around me for my stress relief.
