Omg, I'm sorry to hear that. I have on 24/7 Brahms' lullaby in the background to help me relax at night if I have insomnia or a sleep disorder. I meditate and focus on the lavender, eucalyptus, rosemary and spearmint aromas all around me for my stress relief.

Good afternoon all, having a hazelnut cream coffee and an Ear Grey tea. Lunching on leftover pizza with coke today. Doing aroma therapy and music therapy till dinner and dozing off tonight.

I prefer no noise and no light when I sleep. I'm such a light sleeper that I wake up at the slightest thing. When we have the windows open during the summer at night the animals outside wake me up when they make noise outside.

Even though it is Saturday, I have a visit with a client scheduled today because he was sick with stomach virus on Wednesday. Then I plan on going to the gym. I have been going to the gym almost every single day lately. Exercise upper body one day and then lower body the next day and walk everyday. It has been beneficial to my mood and also to my blood sugars

Had a meeting at church with the ladies group and we did a bible study. Now I'm eating lunch.

Good morning all, had about 12 hours sleep last night, having my cereal and milk for breakfast and my morning coffee.

Good afternoon all, sipping a mild roast coffee and an English Breakfast tea. Lunching on Chinese take-out. Doing aroma therapy and music therapy till dinner and heading the sack tonight.

Long week finally finished, so surprised my wife with a stop at a local place that does the best wings in the area. Then I dozed for an hour in my recliner.

You want more snow? I'm really happy this year we haven't had much. My daughter moved to the city and is still getting accustomed to her commute so I am glad she doesn't have to deal with too much ice and snow so far.
