Well, that pretty much says it all, doesnt it? My suggestion was that we wait for the facts to come out before assuming that a man known for his lies is suddenly above telling any more of them.. He is taking a plea deal in return for agreeing to tell the Mueller team what it wants to hear, for heavens sake!!!
I see what you mean but he lies only 1/4 as often as Donald and you seem to accept Donald's word.
What joke, if they were keeping track I believe Donald has lied at least every day and probably multiple times a dayIs cracking (bad) jokes your main objective in this discussion?

Campaign contributions fraud is not conspiracy as you say but it is a crime and Mr Cohen has implicated Donald Trump in it.
This is the quality of individual that the GOP chose.
Lol lock him up, lock him up!Compared to Hillary's criminal enterprise, Trump is a Mother Theresa!

Good excuses.Trump has been paying hush money for years prior to running for office to protect his family from scandal...
I do not approve of his profligate life style, but keeping quiet about it is a good thing...
He is not applying for sainthood...
And America is becoming great again...
Economically, Militarily, and Security wise...

If anything I have learned is that there are to sides on this battle. The side of folks who were used to being the "big dogs". They used to have the best jobs and because of the power structure had a leg up on the job place and economy. They blame all the laws that were enacted to promote equality and justice, the imigrants and technoligy, for their perceived downfall.I was thinking just yesterday this is probably going to be the battle cry of the democrats for 2020. Now, if they can just find a worthwhile candidate
Here is a better one. If you do not pay such settlements from campaign funds but rather take it from your own pocket, it is not a violation.
I've been reading stories that include info from lawyers. You can spend your own money for the campaign. There's no limit to how much you can spend on your own campaign, but it has to be reported. Also if Cohen's payment was reimbursed, then it was a loan to the campaign, and that also has to be reported.
I take it that the payment has to be for the campaign, however.
The law considers it a campaign contribution if it was coordinated with the campaign, which this was.
Campaign attorneys and legal scholars are divided on whether Michael Cohen’s $130,000 payment to an adult film star weeks before the presidential election is a violation of campaign-finance law.
Mr Cohen has information implicating Donald Trump in criminal conspiracy with Russians. Not yet reported upon in detail. The testimony will be given in a later court case.
