I used to love German Chocolate Cake but I'm not supposed to have chocolate anymore. I prefer to have the frosting over the cake except for the whipped cream frostings. I like a good butter cream.

I make a pretty good cheesecake and I vary the toppings. I like topping it with homemade apple pie filling, streusel and whipped cream. I also like a plain blueberry topping. I'm not much of a cake eater, but of course... I'll take a bite or two of any of them! Chocolate, carrot, white, German Chocolate, yellow, banana, pistachio... etc.
